The Aurora Bell is a Pre-Hardmode Summon weapon dropped by Auroracle with a 1/6 chance. When used, it creates a bell sentry which does nothing on it's own, but will give off a powerful shockwave when struck with a Whip. The bell has a brief cooldown after this before it can be struck again. If it is struck too early, it will give off a much weaker shockwave.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stat bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only lasting advantage a Mythical Aurora Bell has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
