The Crystal Slime is a Pre-Hardmode Enemy found in the Vitric Temple in the room where you obtain Forbidden Winds and in the Vitric Desert after obtaining Forbidden Winds. The Crystal Slime behaves like any other slime, but has a shield that must be dashed through the Forbidden Winds to be broken, allowing the enemy to be damaged.

Now spawns in the Vitric Desert after obtaining Forbidden Winds.
